Former adult entertainer and Assistant Secretary of the PCOO Mocha Uson targeted Anne Curtis and Dingdong Dantes for their stands against the pressing issue of the government lowering the age of criminal liability for children. The former government official who apparently still runs her opinionated blog called Anne and Dingdong “MEMA” (‘May Masabi Lang) for airing out their grievances against the proposed law change.
Anne Curtis and Dingdong Dantes are just some of our favorite celebrities who expressed their disappointment towards our government for attempting to lower the age of criminal liability for children to 9 (now 12) years old.
Anne isn’t known to air her out her opinions on political matters regularly but took the time to share her thoughts on the social issue on her Twitter account.
Nakakalungkot isipan na ibaba nila ang criminal responsibility to the age of 9. At that age, they are still very much children. They still have a chance to change their ways if they happen to cause or get into any trouble instead of being sent to jail & sentenced as an adult. 💔 https://t.co/H9to9QHyjD

Fellow actor and Anne’s leading man in the film Sid and Aya: Not A Love Story Dingdong Dantes also shared his thoughts on the proposed change through his Twitter account by echoing senatorial candidate Chel Diokno’s stance on the issue via Twitter.
Agree ako sa iyo, @ChelDiokno! Crucial stage ang childhood and adolescence to one’s development. These are periods where psychological, emotional, social and physical aspects are strongly influenced by the surroundings and are formed. https://t.co/SaTLxEdYZC

Mocha Uson then took to her blog to call out Anne and Dingdong for their said stances. The has-been blogger stated that Anne and Dingdong are misinformed about the issue and urged them to read about the actual proposed changes before expressing their opinions.
Does Mocha make a fair point?
