Jameson Blake straightforwardly admitted that Director Jun Lana was referring to him on the director’s statement about actors and talent managements who treat their movies as mere “raket”.  The Hashtag member explained that he left early during filming for the upcoming movie Ang Babaeng Allergic sa Wifi because he has prior commitment the next day, which didn’t sit well with the director.

According to Jun Lana, the reason why Filipinos don’t watch more local movies is because of actors and managements who don’t value the process of making these films.

When asked if he already apologized to Direk Jun, Jameson replied: “Di naman. Actually, we didn’t really talk about it. He didn’t really pinpoint any name. Siguro he understands naman. It’s really my fault kasi hindi ko hawak ang schedule ko and everything. Kahapon nag-shoot kami, parang wala lang and we didn’t really talk about it.”

The Hashtag member also said that he completely understands where the director is coming from. “I understand Direk Jun, his side as a director. Of course, he wants his movie to be perfect.”

Furthermore, he reiterated that his schedule is not his decision. He said: “Siguro sa schedule lang… sana konting consideration lang.  Kasi yung ibang kailangan kong gawin, naka-book na. Siguro a month ago naka-book na talaga, so I really have to do it.”
